An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 16, 2026
This 4 week program, brought to you by Penn State Extension, is
for adults with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes and their families.Attend this program to increase your knowledge of healthy food choices and diabetes management. Cost is $39 but if you participate in any of the programs below, you may qualify for a scholarship that will reduce your fee to participate.

Medicaid,L.I.Heap, Framer’s Market Nutrition Program, SNAP
