Join Spirited Art Scranton to create your own fused glass springtime project at the Valley Community Library on April 23 at 6:00 p.m. There is a $35 fee per person which covers all materials. This program is geared towards adults and registration is required. You must pay the fee to register. Please call the library at 570-489-1765 to pay with a credit card or come into the library to pay.
