FreeJoin the Greater Scranton YMCA at the Valley Community Library on June 18 at 2:00 p.m. for a 2-part stress relief session. The class begins with a 20-minute stress meditation to ground and settle the mind and body. Following the meditation, participants will engage in a gratitude journaling session to improve their overall outlook and practice thankfulness. This program is geared towards seniors and registration is required.
