Drug Take Back Day: Dispose of Old Rx Safely
October 4, 2016
Saturday, October 22 / 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. / Abington & Taylor Community Libraries
If you have unused prescription drugs and don’t know what to do with them, National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day provides safe, convenient and responsible means of disposal.
The majority of prescription drug abusers report that they get their drugs from friends and family. Cleaning out medicine cabinets is the easiest way to prevent that from happening to someone you love. Conducted twice a year, National Take Back Days have been responsible for removing tons of drugs from circulation.
Disposal is free at the libraries. Refreshments will be provided. Stop by and get rid of your old, unused drugs.
