Pennsylvania One Book Every Young Child to Be Featured

“Daniel Finds a Poem” by Micha Archer will be featured at the Carbondale Public Library on Wednesday, May 3rd. Children and their families can stop by anytime between 3 PM and 7 PM to explore a variety of activity stations from creating your own concrete poem and collage to seeing if your jumping skills compare to a frogs to exploring shadows and more! This program is geared towards preschool – grade 2 and their families.

“Daniel Finds a Poem” is this years Pennsylvania’s One Book, Every Young Child, a statewide early literacy initiative to encourage adults to share and talk about books and stories with children.
