Zine Workshop for Teens

Next week, Thursday, April 26th at 5 PM, the Carbondale Public Library will feature a Zine Workshop during our Teen Reading Lounge book discussion for teens in grades 6-12. We will contintue to work on our Zines on Thursday May 3rd, and if needed Thursday, May 17th, both at 5 PM.
We will discuss the book “The Looney Experiment” by Luke Reynolds, and learn how to make our own Zines. You are encouraged to attend even if you are only interested in the Zine Workshop portion of the program
Zines are a mini magazines created for self esxpression. You will have the option to display their work at Scranton’s First Friday in June at Library Express.
Books are provided to the first 10 to register. See Miss Leigh-Ann for books.
