A Celebration of Italian-American heritage

In honor of St. Joseph, the patron saint of Italian-Americans and immigrants, the Abington Community Library and SIAMO-NEPA will host an Italian celebration on Saturday March 19 from 2-4 PM for all ages. Crafts, stories, clips of PBS’s “The ItalianAmericans”, and an Italian potluck will make this a fun event for all. Before joining us, check out some books by authors like Adriana Trigiani, Rosie Genova, Elena Ferrante, and Tomie dePaola to get in the spirit of the day.
