Community Garden Unveiling: A Seeds of Change Celebration

We are excited to invite you to the Community Garden Unveiling: A Seeds of Change Celebration on Wednesday, August 7th at 6 PM at Abington Community Library!

After months of dedication and hard work, the teens in our Seeds of Change club, alongside our wonderful adult volunteers, have transformed our garden into a vibrant and welcoming community space. This special event will showcase their incredible efforts and highlight the beauty and sustainability of our garden.

Event Highlights:

Guided Garden Tours: Explore the garden and learn about the various plants and sustainable gardening practices.
Meet the Gardeners: Chat with the teens and adult volunteers who made this project possible.
Whimsical Additions: Discover charming birdhouses, colorful peacock sculptures, and whimsical tree faces that add a touch of magic to the garden..
Refreshments: Enjoy delicious snacks and beverages while you mingle with fellow community members.
Activities and Crafts: children can get their face painted, create flower bookmarks, and paint rocks for our garden snake.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community, learn more about gardening, and celebrate the achievements of our local youth. Whether you’re an avid gardener or just looking for a fun and educational evening out, there’s something for everyone at the Community Garden Unveiling.
