Patrons of the Lackawanna County Library System have the opportunity to win two free tickets to Electric City Love Con! From June 30 to July 25 stop by any LCLS Library to be entered into a raffle for two free tickets to the convention on August 2. While the convention is open to all, the raffle is for ages 18+.
