Join the Lackawanna County Arts & Culture Department and the Lackawanna County Library System for a free Art In The Park series at multiple parks throughout the summer. The event series is for kids to express themselves through fun art activities.  Art in the Park takes place in Lackawanna County parks outdoors, under a pavilion and/or tent. Each program begins at 10am and ends at 12pm.
