Often thought of as a document of the high school experience, yearbooks offer more than memories of past classmates. Join the Reference Department of the Scranton Public Library to learn how genealogy researchers use yearbooks find information on family members and get a glimpse of the culture of the year they were produced by looking at the fashion, humor, and commentary in their pages. If you are looking to downsize or doing fall cleaning, the Reference Department of the Scranton Public library will be accepting donations of yearbooks to be added to our local history collection during the event.
