This month, we’re using Fair Foods: The Most Popular and Offbeat Recipes from America’s State and County Fairs by Gary Geary to make delicious dishes. Participants will peruse the book when they register in person at North Pocono Public Library’s circulation desk and select a recipe to make for our collective feast. No duplicate recipes! We will provide a copy of the recipe to take home. Please follow all food safety procedures when preparing your dish.
