Now that we have characters built, it’s time to roll our dice! In this program we’ll learn what playing a character in Dungeons and Dragons entails. We will go over the mechanics and mathematics of a Fighter swinging a sword, a Rogue attempting to sneak past guards, and a Wizard casting powerful spells. We’ll also go over how the game is played socially, between players (how do you co-ordinate to use your characters to the best of their abilities) and between characters (how do you act out your character in a way that is both fun for you and fun for everyone else).
