Join local historian and author Nick Petula for special program Faces of the Accused at the Valley Community Library on February 12 at 6:00 p.m. Take a tour through Scranton’s criminal past, and meet the men and women arrested by the Scranton Police Department between 1898-1920. Learn more about Nick’s unique collection of mug shots, telling the tales of accused murderers and burglars, horse thieves, and highway robbers.
