At its root the word conspiracy can be translated to mean ‘to breathe together’.  The first step to reversing our chronic stress response is learning to breathe the way we were born to breathe. This three week course will include simple breathing techniques, guided meditations and gentle movement.

Wednesdays: March 11, 18, & 25 from 11:00A.M. to 12:00P.M.  REGISTER ONCE for the entire series.

Week 1  Chair yoga, Intro Diaphragmatic Breathing & Guided Relaxation

Week 2 Chair Yoga, Calming the Monkey Mind & Ujjayii Pranyama (Ocean Breathing)

Week 3. Chair  yoga, Tension/Relaxation exercise, 61 Points of Light

For adults, $10 Facilitator fee for series
