Babies can work their muscles while creating one-of-a-kind art at the Valley Community Library. We will have Tummy Time Painting on Tuesday, January 7 at 10:30 A.M. This program is specifically for babies under 1 year of age to socialize as they build strength in their neck, arms, legs, and upper chest that they will need to turn over and sit up. Space is limited and registration is required.
