Join the Carbondale Public Library, Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, and the Rail Trail Council of NEPA for a Winter Solstice celebration! The event will begin at the YMCA Splash Pad for a winter walk on the trail. (Flashlights recommended.) Afterwards, there will be stories, treats, and a family-friendly movie held at the Greater Carbondale Chamber of Commerce.
