Everhart Museum Goes To The Library
July 27, 2015
“Simple Shapes Masterpiece”
For kids who can’t get to the museum, the Everhart Museum will meet them at the Library.
Everhart Museum on the Road will visit Lackawanna County libraries with an art-based workshop inspired by its fine art collection. Using simple shapes and patterns, participants will create beautiful one-of-a-kind works of art. Also featured will be “The Dot” by Peter H. Reynolds, a story about exploring creativity and making marks on paper.
This is a program for children from kindergarten to second grade. Space is limited, so register your child at the library by Saturday, August 1st.
