Happy Halloween at Your Library

This past weekend on Friday October 24, Family Storytime sponsored by the Teen Leadership Committee had a theme of “costumes.” Attending children were encouraged to dress up, and after reading stories and playing games, we closed with a parade around the Library. Here was our group:

On Saturday October 25, the Abington Community Library participated in trick-or-treat as part of the Abington Business & Professional Association’s Fall Fun in the Abingtons. Children stopped by the Library throughout the day to receive a special treat.

Tomorrow on Halloween, Friday October 31, make the Library one of your stops! From 6-9PM, visit Miss Laura in the children’s library in your costume for a treat.
