The Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library and Nancy Kay Holmes Branch will be closed on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th for Christmas.
Library Express will be open from 7 am to 6 pm on Thursday, December 24th for Christmas Eve shopping and will be closed on Friday, December 25th for Christmas.
