One entry per person.
Bookmark size: 2.25 by 7.75 inches.
Submissions can be hand-drawn or digital, but must be original work.
Designs should fit the theme “Reading on the Move.”
Physical submissions can be returned to any Lackawanna County Library System location or submitted digitally using the form below.
