Contest Submission Guidelines:

• Contest is open to ages 12-17.
• One entry per person.
• Bookmark size: 2.25 by 7.75 inches.
• Submissions can be hand-drawn or digital, but must be original work.
• Designs should fit the theme “Reading on the Move.”
• Physical submissions can be returned to any Lackawanna County Library System location or submitted digitally using the form below.
