Join your local Library to turn trash into treasure and make a difference in your community!
The Lackawanna County Library System has partnered with the Lackawanna County Office of Environmental Sustainability for an exciting program. Kids ages 5 through 10 are invited to transform milk jugs or soda bottles into one-of-a-kind bird feeders. You will only need to provide the recycled bottle—we will supply all other materials. This hands-on workshop will teach participants about sustainability, upcycling, and caring for our environment. Spots are limited, so be sure to register for an upcoming event at your Library!
