New Year’s Eve Hours

The Albright Memorial Library, Nancy Kay Holmes Branch and Library Express will be closing at 5 pm on Thursday, December 31st for New Year’s Eve and remain closed on Friday, January 1st for New Year’s Day.
The Lackawanna County Children’s Library is closed due to a construction project.
