November Holiday Closings and Special Hours

The Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library and Nancy Kay Holmes Branch Library will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th for Veterans Day.
Library Express will be open from 10 am to 8 pm.
