Phone System Upgrade for Scranton Public Library, Jan. 10

January 9, 2024

On Wednesday, January 10 from 11 AM to 12 PM, the Scranton Public Library will be upgrading their phone system. Patrons may experience intermittent downtime when calling the Scranton Public Library’s main number 570-348-3000. Callers may also be directed immediately to voicemail while the system is being upgraded. This upgrade should only take an hour, from 11 AM to 12 PM.

This upgrade will affect the Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, Library Express Bookstore, and the Nancy Kay Holmes Library.

Patrons who need to reach the library during this time, may use the Contact Us web form, email splcontact@albright.org,  or send a direct message through Facebook or Instagram.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we upgrade our phone system to provide better service.
