Price Increase for Printing & Copying Starts February 18 at Scranton Public Library Branches

Due to rising costs, the Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, the Nancy Kay Holmes Library, and Library Express Bookstore will be increasing prices for printing and copying.

Effective February 18, 2020, black & white printing will cost 15 cents per page and color printing will be 35 cents per page.
