Please complete this form as soon as your program has been approved by your manager. This will ensure that your PR materials are to you in a timely manner.
All program request forms should be submitted by the 1st of the month, the month before the program.
Your program will be added to the event page of the LCLS website if you have not done so already.
A full-page flyer, social media image, and TV slide will be created for you.
A copy of the images created for your program will be sent to you for review.
Finished PR materials will be available to you in the PR folder.
