Scranton Library will open at 11 AM, Dec. 27

All Scranton Public Library locations will open at 11 AM today, December 27 due to winter weather conditions. This includes the Albright Memorial Library, Lackawanna County Children’s Library, and the Nancy Kay Holmes Library.
