Teen Reading Lounge Comes to LCLS

Teens, you are invited to READ, DISCUSS, and CREATE at libraries around Lackawanna County. You will be provided with our own copy of each book. Yes we will discuss the chosen books, but this is more than a book discussion. Get your creative juices flowing with special projects based on the books you read.
Albright (Grades 7-12)

April 12th – Will begin discussion of The Raft. Will try constructing boats to race down “rain gutters”
April 26th – Will finish up with The Raft and vote on the next books we will share.
May 10th – Ending Party
The Pennsylvania Teen Reading Lounge is a Pennsylvania Humanities Council program run by libraries around Pennsylvania. It’s a chance for you to talk about literature and the humanities in a relaxing environment.
