The Wheels on the Bike Go Round and Round

The wheels are turning for Rotary Club of the Abingtons members on Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1st! They will be participating in the Pedals for Progress Bike (and Sewing Machine) Collection. Donate your items and give someone less fortunate a helping hand! All donations require a modest $10 handling fee to help defray shipping costs; items will be accepted on Saturday from 9AM to 1PM at Sicker’s, Noble Road, Clarks Summit, and at South Abington Park on Sunday, May 1st from Noon to 3PM.

ALSO: There will be an Inaugural Bike Ride on Saturday, April 30th. There will be a 7 mile Fun Ride suitable for families on the Trolley Trail beginning at 9:30 AM ($25 for up to 4 people), best suited for riders over 5 years of age. And, a Sicker’s Road Ride of 30 miles, will be leaving from Sicker’s on Noble Road in Clarks Summit at 9:30 AM ($35 / rider). The first 100 participants that sign up will receive a t-shirt and a swag bag of cycling goodies.
