Kids can celebrate the start of Summer Quest with a party at the YMCA Park in Carbondale featuring That Foam Party Guy! There will also be opportunities to sign up for library cards and Summer Reading programs. Registration is appreciated. A PA Forward initiative promoting Basic Literacy.

Celebrate every child with “Arlo Draws an Octopus” book and activities. Every child will receive a copy of the book (while supplies last.) This program is free but registration is required.
