Vine Street Closed on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd

The 500 block of Vine Street will be closed on Tuesday, September 2nd for an event at Lackawanna College. Both the Albright Memorial Library and the Lackawanna County Children’s Library will be open. We recommend parking on Adams or Washington Ave.
