Gardening can have many benefits for youth and adults in a detention facility from giving individuals an opportunity to be productive, increasing self-esteem, and stress relief. Master Gardener Janelle Zignon will discuss what she learned about prison gardens with highlights from her trip to the Alcatraz Historic Gardens. Registration is preferred but not required.

(Children and Teen Programming) Children and teens of all ages are invited to color their own blank tote bag to use for trick-or-treating at North Pocono Public Library! All materials will be provided. Drop in anytime during program hours. Registration is requested.
