Wednesday, July 16 at 10:00 A.M. (Youth Programming) For ages 1-3. Cool off with some water fun in North Pocono Public Library's backyard as we splash, scoop, dump, and play. Come prepared to get wet! We recommend a towel, second outfit, or both. This event is weather permitting. Registration is required.
