Wednesday, May 28 at 6:00 P.M. (Adult Programming) Kristin Armstrong of Peaches Greens will be visiting North Pocono Public Library to go over basic Begonia care, along with how to care for different varieties. Participants will also propagate begonias to take home. Registration is required. $5 program fee per person.
Our ongoing series will feature Chef Paul Albert, from AV Restaraunt, who will instruct attendees in how to prepare burrata with pickled fennel, cucumber, and strawberry vinaigrette and cheese balanzoni with almond brown butter and parmesan. Materials Fee- $3. For adults. Registration is required.
