Throughout the month of September for Library Card Sign-Up Month, we have been giving special free gifts to everyone who registers for a library card at the Abington Community Library. We love to celebrate the most important card in your wallet, the one that unlocks all sorts of opportunities.

Now as we near the end of the month, take advantage of Amnesty Day!

Have any items that are currently overdue? On Friday September 30, celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month with Amnesty Day, a one-day only event at the Abington Community Library that will enable library users to return overdue materials without being fined. This extends only to currently late items returned in person between the hours of 9AM and 9PM on September 30. This excludes collection agency fees and lost/damaged materials.

Fines up to $25 will be waived only for materials returned on this day. Contact the Library for more information.
