Learning Express is an online resource that is free to use with your library card. The website is broken down into nine categories for students and adults.
Adult Core Skills – Build your math, reading, writing, and grammar skills. There are also U.S. Citizenship practice questions for those individuals looking to take the citizenship test.
Career Preparation – Explore different careers, enhance your current career skills, or learn how to start a new career. This section includes prep for occupation and entrance exams, job search and workplace skills, and information on how to join the military or become an officer.
College Admissions Test Prep – Find practice questions and lessons for the SATs, ACTs, and even AP exams. You can also learn how to write college admissions essays.
College Students – For undergraduates, find lesson reviews for math, science, grammar, and writing as well as test prep for graduate admission exams.
Computer Skills Center – For students and adults of all ages, learn the basics of computers including how to use the operating system, the Internet, computer graphics and illustrations, and other popular software tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
