No Parking on Thursday and Delayed Opening on Friday.

Please note that parking will not be available on Vine Street in Scranton on Thursday, July 16th  due to the public viewing of fallen Scranton Police Officer John Wilding at Lackawanna College.

The Albright Memorial Library and the Lackawanna County Children’s Library will operate on a delayed opening on Friday,  July 17th.  Both buildings will open at 1 pm and close at their regular time of 5:30 pm.

Nancy Kay Holmes Branch Library and Library Express will operate under regular hours.
