Have you ever wanted to learn the Sun Salutation sequence in yoga? Join us on Tuesday, April 10th from 6 to 7 PM.
Attendees will participate in a warm-up exercises and Sun Salutation demonstration. Each attendee will be able to perform easy Yoga postures and a simple breathing routine that can be followed at home for good health. Sun Salutation is simple Yoga postures in 10-steps practiced along with a easy breathing technique. The benefits of Sun Salutation are numerous, as the routine engages the core, stretches the hamstrings, and loosens the shoulders. Regular practice improves blood circulation throughout the entire body, massages the internal organs, and promotes overall health of the body and the mind.This workshop is being organized to promote Yoga as part of the Health for Humanity campaign by Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS).
