Tips For Contacting Pennsylvania Unemployment Services:

• Call early in the morning
• Avoid calling on a Monday if possible
• Be persistent
• Information that might potentially be needed to file an unemployment claim:
• Social Security number
• UC provided PIN (if you have forgotten your pin go here https://expressforms.pa.gov/apps/pa/DLI-UC/Pin-Request to request a new one)
•  Gross Weekly Income earnings (if you partially worked during that week)
•  Information on wages you could have earned (if work was available and you chose not to work)
• Holiday or Vacation pay that you received for partially working
• A pen and paper to make notes
