This month, the Lackawanna County Library System will be accepting donations for local food pantries. These resources provide quality food items to households experiencing food insecurity and supplies critical nutrition to hungry individuals and families. Donations may include canned soup, canned fruit, canned vegetables, canned stew, canned fish, canned beans, pasta (whole grain), and rice (brown rice).

Please drop off donations at any Library in Lackawanna County throughout the month of April. Thank you for your donations and for supporting these important community organizations.
