The Lackawanna County Children’s Library will close at 5 PM on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, for New Year’s Eve. We will then be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, and will resume regular hours on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at 9:00 AM.
