The National Park Service preserves and protects special places for all people. From huge Sequoia trees in California to the Statue of Liberty in New York City, Park Rangers share the stories of these special places. Did you know there is a National Park Service site here in” your backyard”? Join a Park Ranger at the Lackawanna County Children’s Library to learn how you can become a Junior Ranger and help protect our national parks!
This event is for children ages 5 and up. Event will take place outdoors.
