The Tech Help Program is a service provided by medical students from the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. It’s purpose is to increase technology literacy for members of the Greater Scranton Community. Student volunteers can assist you with your Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as MyChart as well as with computer/ technology-related issues. Feel free to bring your device with you (e.g. phone, computer, tablet etc.).
