Disability Resource Fair

The Disability Resource Fair is a free-event where different organizations gather at the library to answer questions and educate the public on the different services they provide. The event will take place on Saturday, October 22 between 9 am and 1 pm. We will have groups such as, NAMI, the National  Alliance on Mental Illness to share helpful information on finding and maintaining treatment as well as ways to get involved. There will also be organizations like ZENsory Zone who provides a safe and welcoming place for children and adults who struggle with sensory-based issues including by not limited to ADHD and autism. We will also have information on finances and how to save and earn when you or a family member have a disability.

This is the first event of this kind that we are hosting for the community but we know it won’t be the last. Please register here: https://lclshome.org/events/disability-resource-fair/
