Mr. Boom Boom (Frank Coates) has taught music in various educational environments and has over a decade of experience in education. Meet Tug at the Children’s Library. Tug is a real-sized tow tractor that helped Bethlehem’s steelworkers do their best. Tug will stop in Scranton on his way to New York. Stop by and say “Hi”, hear his story, and have your picture taken with him. Tug will be parked in front of the Lackawanna County Children’s Library.
